How to request returns/store credit/refunds?

For defective or damaged items, contact support within 7 days. We'll assist with the return process and offer a prepaid shipping label, if relevant. Once we receive the returned item, we will gladly exchange it for a new one or provide you with a store credit.

How to apply promo or discount codes

SOIAMB loves offering great deals and promotions to customers year-round. Sign up for daily/weekly sales emails to stay updated on latest offers. Enter promo code during checkout; codes can't be applied or adjusted after purchase. Discounts or promo request will not be honored after order placement.
Special instructions regarding CUSTOMIZED or MADE-TO-ORDER purchases

'Custom Order' refers to a made-to-order which includes color or fragrance changes, or non-stock products; no returns or refunds allowed. Full payment is required for production and no cancellations after starting. Modifying orders may incur charges. No returns or refunds due to buyer's remorse.
